​What happens to an inspiring dream or an exciting idea when you give it three days of undivided attention? What becomes possible when you engage with a deepening and creative process together with others who also want to grow and shape the future?

This weekend gives you space, tools, and inspiration, in a small and dedicated group, with facilitators who work with change from different directions. Carl brings twenty-five years of leadership and change work and is the author of The Authentic Shift. Zara and Jonathan have worked with animism and creative soul connection for decades and taught many times at Schumacher College in the UK.

Transformation happens as you open, explore, listen and act. One part of the weekend works with the process of change itself: what kind of change you are facing, what is holding it where it is, and how movement is shaped rather than forced. The other works through listening - to the land, to the season and to your own deeper knowing. Both are practical, and are done together with mind, body and soul. Together they take an idea further and brings greater creative partnership and possibility.

What you take home

• A clearer read on the change you are in. Ways of seeing beneath the surface of a situation, of noticing which parts can be handled with what you already know and which ask you to evolve and expand to be able to create new ripples of positive action. 

• A way of telling it that moves people. A short, inspiring story about why this matters, one that carries both the cost of standing still and the attractive pull of what could be. 

• A stronger sense of why this matters to you. Something felt rather than argued, which you can come back to when the energy dips.
